This means that we boast the largestdatabase of qualified and job ready candidates in the sector. Clients can access ourdatabase and select the most appropriate candidate for their role. Completelyflexible, our system allows job roles to be built, candidates screened against the jobspecific criteria and then rejected or referred based on the criteria you have set. Nomore arguing with recruiters over a candidate’s suitability for a role. You are incomplete control of who you see and why. In addition, our reporting is real time andon-line and our invoices 100% accurate.Value addsAbove all else, the greatest value add we can supply is transparency.From the candidates past employment, skills ratings and justifications and proof ofqualifications to viewing what calls we have made to fulfil your requirements to anopen invoicing system.We encourage you to keep us accountable. The most rewarding initiative introducedto 13WORK is the hundreds of outside managers and experts we have on tap tosuggest improvements to our business and services.The time clocks were born from a client request to eliminate the inaccurate andfraudulent entries on timesheets and sign on books. The prototype was housed in adamaged wheelie bin and proved a successful concept. The software is written inhouse and the parts for the hardware are sourced internationally. We no longer usewheelie bins, we have cases manufactured externally. The current hardware runs ona windows platform, although given the price drop of Android hardware we areresearching this platform. We can offer a fullservice model or unbundled services and our pricing structure reflects this. Becauseof our technology, clients can access the process at any stage after registration andtake over all or parts of the selection process.Recruitment Process Permanent Staff (full service model)The process for permanent recruitment starts with taking a detailed job brief. Yournominated account manager would visit to discuss the opportunity or take detailsover the telephone. This job brief is entered in detail onto the systems to allow fullsearches to take place.As part of our commitment to our clients, candidate sourcing occurs constantly – weutilise both passive and active candidate sourcing strategies.Candidate sourcing methods currently utilised (nationally): Advertising – on-line; print; job boards; Brand visibility – cars; trucks; billboards Social Media – twitter; linked in; facebook Networking – social; trade shows Radio and televisionCandidate selectionThe application process is automated and much more detailed than uploading aresume. Candidates are taken through an interactive pre-screening process wheredetailed information is asked and relevant testing occurs. Our offices are currentlymanned 24 hours so that candidates can be contacted via telephone or live chat asthey register with us, not the next day or next week.The on-line process is simple, making it easy for candidates to apply and a have ameaningful experience.
