  27. 27. What causes Hemophilia ? <ul><li>The hemophilia gene passes on birth. </li></ul><ul><li>The factor VIII or IX gene changed only in the baby’s body. One in three babies has no family history of hemophilia. </li></ul>
  28. 28. How is Hemophilia diagnosed? <ul><li>Do a physical exam, and order blood tests. </li></ul>How is Hemophilia treated ? To injecte the low or missing clotting factors directly into the bloodstream.
