GABALL project - 531327-LLP-1-2012-1-PT-KA2-KA2MPBackgroundEconomic situation reinforced the urgent need for companies to internationalise their businesses- Only 4% of SMEs have plans to become internationally active in the coming years;One of the barriers to the internationalisation is particularly the domain of foreign languages;There is a close link between the domain of language and success and profitability in thebusiness;Besides the SMEs and micro companies have to deal with other barriers to internationalisation:know how detect the needs of their costumers, identified the most appropriate routes to market,determinate their competitive advantage;SMEs which are clearly and strategically investment in staff internalisation skills are achieving a44% more export sales.It’s necessary to answer these needs through the development of practical and appropriatelearning solutions that improve the internationalisation skills of the SME and micro companiesstaff.
