Key objectives of Key to Nature:
Simplify access and use of eLearning modules and tools for identifying biodiversity
Optimize efficiency and quality in biodiversity education
Add value to existing educational tools by facilitating multilingual access and ease of delivery
Suggest best practices against barriers preventing use, production, exposure, discovery and acquisition of interactive identification tools.

It is essential to have a markup during the post-scanning-processing that an image is present on the page.
It is essential to have access to non-tiled images for re-use.
It is desirable to have a search mode that is selective to text more directly associated with the image than just being on the same page.
Research into association between a caption and an image?
Perhaps provide a rating / ranking expressing the reliability with which the association of metadata and image ins known, like:
full text search
recognized as title or caption
reviewed by non-expert
reviewed by expert
