The % of those scoring 0-6 (detractors) has been deducted from the % of those scoring 9-10 (promoters). FUTURELAB<br />The Tencent Brand Planet<br />How to read this graph<br />This graph looks at the shopping scores for various brands among Tencent promoters (those scoring 9 or 10 on likelihood to recommend Tencent).<br />Shopping scores are compiled by using customer satisfaction and loyalty data for these brands. A high score, means high satisfaction/loyalty.
