    • Fusion Youth Centre’s success is the result of our internal capacity to manage innovative approaches along with the numerous partnerships and community collaborations
    • Youth Entrepreneur Partnerships Program (YEPP)- 2 year project
    • Collaborative agreement between Fusion Youth Centre and Community Employment Services
    • Fusion Youth Centre Business Advisory Committee
    • Thames Valley District School Board and the London District Catholic School Board
    • Youth Business Creations- No Strings Attached
    • Oxford Small Business Support Centre
    • Ingersoll District Chamber of Commerce
    • Many workgroups in Oxford County and regional and provincial committees Fusion works with
    • University of Guelph Research project on the impact of Fusion Youth Centre’s programs and services
    • Conestoga College Ingersoll Campus
  • 3. Fusion’s Idea for collaboration, exchange and shared learning with OTF and other Future Fund Grantees.
    • Online information sharing- blogs, discussion boards, podcasts, social networking through our website etc.
    • Hosting and attending networking events for OTF and Future Fund Grantees
    • Ongoing feedback from program participants and alumni through surveys, focus groups and evaluations
    • Report on best practices through our annual report and other written or verbal reports
    • Tracking success and challenges through an online forum accessible by other organizations and groups
