3. The casualtsties
• 20 million people died in world war 2
although there may be more than that as
historical numbers say that body's could have
been double counted or not at all.
• Although there has
• Been no records of
• Animal fatality.
4. dogfights
Dogfight are high speed Arial fights between
planes. And involve lot of strategy.
The BLITZ (which translates in German a
lightning) was a bomber campaign.
5. The tanks
• Tanks were mostly used in the battle of kursk
between the Germans and the Russians.
• The T-34 tank which the Russians used
weren't as advanced as the Tiger tank but out
numbered the Tiger six to five.
6. The planes
• The layout of a bomber. A bomber drops
bombs on enemy city's factories and
armoured positions.
• Fighter planes escort the bombers to targets.
8. How the Germans saw it.
• Hitler effectively brain washed the German
people telling them that they needed more
land to live in.
• As a result the people became fanatical about
him.
9. The Infantry
• On the right is a German soldier they were
better equipped but were out numbered and
were miss used on the battle field by Hitler.
On the left is an allied soldier they were more
in number. (Fantastic fact: blitzkrieg translates
as lightning war.)
10. War theatres
• The war was fought not just in Europe but in
the pacific ocean Germany was not alone
Japan and Italy fought for the Nazi cause
