The presentations will be held in the auditorium with capacity for an audience of 1,600 people – and they will also be broadcast live to large video screens in the foyer of the ICM. Claus-Peter Unterberger, Chief Marketing Officer of Fujitsu Technology Solutions, will officially open the Fujitsu Forum and outline what you can expect to see and hear during the exciting two-day conference. Keynote A: November 9 Rolf Schwirz will present the main keynote of the Fujitsu Forum 2011. Rolf Schwirz, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Fujitsu Technology Solutions Rolf Schwirz is Chief Executive Officer of Fujitsu Technology Solutions. In addition to his leader- ship of Fujitsu’s Central Europe, Middle East, Africa and India sales region (CEMEA&I), Schwirz holds worldwide responsibility for the Fujitsu PRIMERGY server line. Schwirz joined Fujitsu in October 2010 from SAP, where he was Head of Mature Markets, EMEA. Prior to that, Schwirz spent 12 years in a variety of international management roles at Oracle. Rod Vawdrey will join Rolf Schwirz on stage to outline the benefits a global player with a Japa- nese heritage delivers to its customers. Rod Vawdrey, President of the Fujitsu Global Business Group, Fujitsu Rod Vawdrey joined Fujitsu in Sydney in 2003 and turned around the company’s Australian operations. In 2011 he was named president of Fujitsu’s Global Business Group. He is charged with directing Fujitsu’s businesses outside of Japan and expanding its presence abroad. Vawdrey joined Fujitsu from NCR where he worked in sales, marketing and other roles in the U.S. and Australia. Keynote B: November 9 Satoru Hayashi will describe how Fujitsu‘s innovative power has positively impacted Japanese 3:00 – 4:25 pm society in the wake of the disastrous events that occurred in March. You will hear facts and details about the impact of the earthquake that are hardly known outside Japan. And you will discover the lessons learned for IT. Satoru Hayashi, Executive Vice Chairman of the Board, Fujitsu Technology Solutions Within the executive team, Satoru Hayashi represents the position of the Fujitsu Group in Japan and acts as main liaison to ensure the regional implementation of the company’s global strategic direction. Previously he held various positions at Fujitsu Limited in both the United States and Japan. In June 2010 Satoru Hayashi was named President of the Japan Business Council in Europe.6

The Channel Partner Keynote will be presented both days from 1:00 – 2:00 pm by Hans-Dieter Wysuwa, SVP Product Sales Group, Fujitsu Technology Solutions. Responsibility is the main theme addressed by Baroness Susan Greenfield. The renowned researcher and author focuses on the effects of IT on the human brain, thus influencing many aspects of human behavior – learning, thinking and deciding. Her presentation points out how the use of IT can and must play a responsible role in human development and society. Baroness A. Susan Greenfield Susan A. Greenfield studied psychology in Oxford as well as brain physiology. In 1996 she ac- cepted a professorship at the university where she continues her research. Greenfield has written several popular books about the brain and consciousness, and regularly gives public lectures in addition to appearing on television talk shows. Susan A. Greenfield is a member of the House of Lords.Keynote C: November 10 On the second day of the conference the keynotes will begin with a presentation from10:00 – 11:30 am Dr. Joseph Reger which will center around the future of cloud computing. Dr. Joseph Reger, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Fujitsu Technology Solutions As CTO, Dr. Joseph Reger is responsible for understanding and predicting IT trends that will benefit customers most, as well as for their implementation in the company’s strategy. Reger joined Fujitsu in 1998 from IBM, where he acted as Executive Consultant and Chief IT Architect. Dr. Joseph Reger started his career in academic research (physics and computer science) and has studied and worked at universities in Hungary, Norway, the United States and Germany.Keynote D: November 10 The final keynote will be presented by a mega star: Garry Kasparov, the world‘s best champion-3:00 – 4:15 pm ship chess player of all time and one of the founders of Solidarnost. He will express his views on strategy and decision-making competence. Together with Rolf Schwirz he will outline the anal- ogies that undoubtedly exist between chess and the business world, showing how knowledge of the game can be applied when making key business decisions. Garry Kasparov Garry Kasparov became the youngest ever undisputed World Chess Champion in 1985 at the age of 22. He continued to hold the »Classical« World Chess Championship until 2000. He was the world‘s number-one ranked player for 255 months, holding this title longer than any other player in chess history. Kasparov announced his retirement from professional chess on March 10, 2005, to devote his time to politics and writing. He formed the United Civil Front movement and joined The Other Russia opposition alliance. He was a candidate for the 2008 Russian presiden- tial race, but later withdrew. 7
