We are looking for: a connector/recruiter who can serve as the connecting link between Fronteer Strategy and all our experts.

Connectors are said by author What is a Malcolm Gladwell to be people in a Connector? community who know large numbers of people and who are in the habit of making introductions. Connectors usually know people across an array of social, cultural, professional, and economic circles, and make a habit of connecting people who work or live in different circles.

Fronteer Strategy is an ambitious, Who are we? Amsterdam-based strategy consulting company, specialized in innovation, brand development and co- creation. We chose our name to express the things that interest us the most : the fresh, unknown and new. We work ‘out there’ with our clients on the frontiers of their markets, where new value is created.

What is it that Many of our projects include co- creation workshops called ‘Rooftop Sessions’. we do best? Co-creation means: working together with partners, suppliers, retailers, consumers or other stakeholders, to ﬁnd unique solutions. In our co-creation sessions we mostly work with experts. We ﬁnd our experts through our ever-expanding network of passionate professionals, but also through old-fashion detective work. The quality (knowledge, experience, personality and teamwork skills) of our experts is vital to the success of our work.

Who are our Our team of (now) eight supports local and international clients such as Nokia, Heineken, Getronics, Bugaboo, clients? Achmea and Lassie in the development of new strategies, brands, products and services. We do not limit ourselves to any industry. Actually we believe in working across industries and sharing the most valuable insights.

Where is our Our current ofﬁce, located on the famous Prinsengracht, is getting a bit small. We thought of that, so a few months from headquarters? now, we will move to this ofﬁce in Amsterdam Noord (still under construction). Is that your desk in the corner?

You are a connector and your friends You? know you as an upbeat person and a joy to work with. You have excellent language and networking skills and maintaining relationships and social networks (also online) is your second nature. We work in very different sectors and industries, so the interest to understand and ﬂexibility to adapt quickly are vital. For this reason, a bachelor or master degree in any related ﬁeld is desired. And, last but not least, you are clever, smart, sharp, eager and sensitive to other people’s feelings.

Working alongside the consulting team, What will be you will be responsible for managing all contacts with experts. your main tasks? For each Rooftop session, your main responsibility will be to find the right participants. This means creating participant profiles, finding, screening and recruiting potential participants. Furthermore, you will be the main client contact concerning the recruiting. After the session, you will stay connected with these valuable contacts. Overall, you will be the one that takes care of our network. Maintaining, extending and managing this extensive network is a vital part of this job.
