“Are you ready for the challenge?”
As a team captain, committee member or participant of the event you are eligible to participate
in the Team Challenger Program. Simply recruit a new team, complete the checklist below, fill
out the form and return it to your local ACS staff partner. By participating in this Challenge you
are helping to extend the reach of your Relay For Life event, spread the mission of the Ameri-
can Cancer Society and help raise additional funds for cancer awareness and life-saving re-
