Garibaldi Lake is a lake in the mountains. You have to walk 9 km up a mountain to see it. Then you can either walk to one of the peaks and down again or you can carry on hiking to Cheakamus Lake (all in all 24 km). When you walk down Cheakamus Lake you either have to bring a second car to place it at that end before you start the trip or have somebody who might pick you up (Marianne and Ryan hiked down the same way to pick us (Wayne, Peter and I) up at Cheakamus Lake). Nature is really beautiful up there (you can go to a glacier, too)! In the summer there is a possibility to stay on the campground.
