Parking at this facility will be difficult, however at least oneparking area willbe open at all times. Please observe the construction warning signs, adhere to the parking lot closed signs and TrafficControl personnel..7-26 March ID Cards - Defense Manpower Data Center, or DMDC, will be upgrading the RAPIDS Computer Systems toWindows 7 March 26 to 28. As a result, two computers will be taken out of production at a time for the upgrade. Thiswill result in some degradation of service on those days. To make the transition process as smooth as possible, noappointments will be taken on those days, and DMDC officials are requesting only customers who absolutely need newID Cards – lost, stolen or destroyed – will be seen on a case-by-case basis. After story time, stick around for craft time and let the kids decorate cute bunny and chick masks.   • 4. Youth Career Fair!! March 29th 2-4:30pm Forsyth Neighborhood Center. Ages 15-21 come visit with employers andvolunteer organizations to gain the experience you need! For more information contact 785-239-9435With the growth of the Forsyth neighborhood, traffic has increased at the intersection of Rifle Range Road and TrooperDrive. To improve traffic conditions, the intersection will be replaced with a new roundabout, and direct access to VenableDrive will be removed. The construction project will run from April to November and will be completed in three phases.Phase One, which runs April to June, will include the removal of Venable Drive and the construction of a new two-lanebypass road that will allow traffic to continue around the construction of the roundabout. A majority of this bypass roadwill remain as the northbound Trooper Drive bypass of the roundabout.
