Purpose of the Nissen•E Future No.1 Venture Support Fund The Nissen¥Future No.1 Venture Support Fund has been set up as a part of the initiatives for the last stage of the three-stage management strategy that aims for transforming Nissen into a database- leveraged company, utilizing both internal and external management resources to develop new businesses and to increase market capitalization for overall Nissen group. In addition to the establishment of Nissen¥JAIC No.1 Venture Support Fund in this July, Nissen will vigorously drive forward the establishment of new business development models by finding investing and promoting the promising ventures throughout the domestic market based on the partnership with FVC as an independent venture capital founded in Kyoto. 2. About Nissen Venture Fund•z Nissen Venture Fund•i •u‚m‚u‚e•v •j has been managed as Nissen ‘s internal fund business, consisting of direct investment from Nissen or investment from two corporative investment partners including Nissen and national major venture capitals. Finding direct investment cases based on ‚m VF are used for expanding Nissen’s B to B business and information obtained from external partners such as venture capitals, banks and securities will be facilitated for its business.
