I am Abdulmohsen and the owner of Almohanna Holding Group, my expertise is in Food & beverage more than 2 years. My plan is to hire new chef and cooks who are experienced. We will train the current servers to improve their skills to provide high service. I am Franky Fiordimondo and have been the Director of Rooms at The Village Inn in Bradford, the Village Inn in Windsor, and the McLeod House in Ridgway Ontario, for a combined experience of 15 years. I plan to retrain the staff to excel in guest satisfaction, and work closely with maintenance and engineering to take care of the deferred maintenance issues the hotel is experiencing.
I am Lynn Bakieh and I have been an HR manager for 2 years in Victoria. I want to help the Grand Hotel and recruit the best quality employees to start managing your hotel to become a real competitor in the market. I am aware you have hired your sons to manage your hotel and they are not effectively doing their job because they have other responsibilities to attend to.
