Slide 13: Rabo Mobiel Product Rollout Strategy Question: What role doe mobile  FULLY-INTEGRATED operators or banks want to play in brokering a customers’ identity? 2009-12 2008-10 Tip: To gain speed and mass  FULL NFC PRODUCTS + INTEGRATION WITH COMPLETE acceptance, countries must PRODUCTS AND INTEGRATION WITH establish a federation model, PARTNERSHIPS Utilise lessons PARTNERS learned & including major players in key B2C successes to move into sectors: larger collaborations / partnerships. 2008-10 PRODUCT ROLL-OUT OPPORTUNITIES, EMERGING STANDARDS, CONSUMER SUCCESS 2007-08 TRIALS / FIRST PRODUCTS STAND-ALONE Note: All this can’t be only  TRIAL technology-led … consumers must FULL PRODUCT get benefit, receive logistic value LAUNCH and cost savings. Utilise trials to define the business case for full product roll-outs & partnerships.

Slide 14: NFC Toegang: Diergaarde Blijdorp  Rabo Mobiel kicked off an NFC ticketing programme with partners Rotterdam WheretoCard and Yoonison in February 2008  When ordering, customers can use their NFC handset in place of a paper (barcode) or NFC ticket  Smart-postering NFC tags provide extra information while visiting the zoo  Simple use of RFID identification-only for access, service discovery, loyalty.  2008 plans for new locations in museums, parking, bicycle storage, party cafés and office access.

Slide 15: Cashless Schools  2007-08 trial programme for cashless schools with The American School in Den Haag was highly successful  Plastic NFC cards and Nokia 6131NFC mobile phone  Roll-out to 2.700 students, teachers and parents in Q3-Q4 2008  Services include NFC payments in the cantina, vending, NFC entrance control and NFC lockers  Roll-out planned in numerous schools in 2008-09 R AB O SCHOOL BANK
