DEFINITION IS: ….
No such thing like foresighting department – no explicit capability in the organisation
No highly developed systems for foresighting, scenario modelling, deriving strategies…
When I was a boy I marvelled at this picture
Pristine beauty and fascinating technology

…but the highlighted three stick out as being tranformational.
