This is a REPLY postcard. This is not a stand-alone postcard you mail to people to generate new business. A REPLY postcard is a postcard you place into an envelope in addition to a letter or other physical printed pieces you are placing into that envelope.
The postcard gives your prospects an additional channel to follow up with you, to contact you.
The more channels you open between you and the people in your market, the better your chances are at connecting with a new prospect and earning his business.
You can use this postcard to complement ALL your direct mail campaigns. It will increase response rates dramatically. You will get more clients, more listings, more buyers, and make more money. And that is the bottom line.
Use it for your farm campaigns. letters you send to FSBOs and Expireds, letters you send to absentee owners. and newsletters.
The front ... the left side of the postcard has business address and company name.
There is a telephone number (hopefully it is a tracking number ... hopefully you are using tracking numbers to measure response rates for every campaign, online and offline.) and there is an email address and website address.
You may want to include your real estate license number if your state requires it. Don't forget to check your postcard against your brokerage compliance checklist.
You may ask the prospect to use a stamp but you will get better response rate if you make it even easier for the psoepct to pop this postcard into the mail and pay the postage yourself.
You need a postage permit. If you are an agent, ask your broker if the company has a permit number you can use.

The headline offers a FREE report ... and before you use this headline be sure you have a BUYER REPORT and a SELLER REPORT so you can respond immediately when a prospect makes a request.
Now ... just be aware ... every now and then one of these postcards will come back with nothing filled out. Sometimes people get up on the wrong side of the bed and they get cranky and they get some weird satisfaction out of sending a blank postcard in the mail. It doesn't happen often and if you get one of those, simply give it back to the postman when he wants to collect the postage, and you will not have to pay for it. You do not have to accept delivery of blank postcards or postcards that do not contain sufficient information to cultivate a new lead.
The more channels you open, the more possibilities you have to find new customers and new clients.
