Use HUD’s web site as a resource. In most areas of the country, new listings are posted on Friday.
Look for a property with broad appeal – price, FHA financing, owner/occupant priority.
Visit the property and take lots of photos.

Low, $100 down payment vs. 3.5% down payment

Step 2 – Create A PowerSite
Create a single property site for less than the cost of a newspaper ad!
Register the property address as the domain name of the property:

Pay Per Click or Pay for Impressions?
My personal research shows the same results with PPC and Payment Per 1,000 impressions. I recently conducted a test using the same ad. I paid 75 cents per click with the first ad and 31 cents per thousand impressions for the other. The average cost per click was the same for both ads.
I suggest that you experiment with both payment models. At $1 a day, you can’t lose! Have fun!
