  • Blogging became a fast hit with realtors. It was a way to promote a city, a neighborhood, yourself…how and when to buy…when to sell…market conditions, etc! Well the probably with blogging is that it is normally ‘your opinion’…so when that opinion turns out to be wrong, then what you have is the potential for a lawsuit and shown by these articles.
