As part of Internet Week New York 2009, findingDulcinea hosted a collaborative panel entitled Beyond Facebook: How Today's Students are Using the Web of Tomorrow. Featuring several thought leaders in education and the Web from organizations including Fourth Story Media, Unigo, Qwidget, GulliverGo, and Inigral, panelists examined the ways students will be using and influencing the Web over the next few years. Ariel Aberg-Riger of Fourth Story Media discussed the increasing importance of user generated content - how to encourage it, how to curate it, and what it means for the future.
