Be prepared with needed information as without proper ID, there can be no exceptions. Any dog/bitch that has received the "Select Excellent" award (once their identifying information has been recorded by the Chair) need not re-submit that information again, if the dog is entered at subsequent National Specialties in competition for the Select rating, BUT they must notify the Chair that their dog has been entered again.
