Our greatest strength is actually predicting the future outcome of a candidate’s performance after the probationary or honeymoon period is over. Ultimately we assist companies to find top performers in all job categories.

  • 9. info@thehiretalent.com ● 719.637.8495 Other Competency Skills Core competency for individual contributors relate to their people skills and competencies needed to get things done effectively in the work environment.  Customer Service Strength- The knowledge and, most likely, the ability to effectively work with people who are frustrated with a company, service, or product.  Coaching Strength- The knowledge, temperament, potential ability and, most likely, the ability of mentoring or counseling people to do a better job.  Trainer- Knowledge and understanding the best ways to educate people on the theoretical understanding of a procedure or machine.  Solution Selling- Belief that selling is best done by understanding the customer's problems and trying to get the prospect to see, in a low pressure approach, how a service or product would be the best solution for them

In many roles this proves to create challenges for these people to learn, adapt, and think outside the box to solve difficult business problems.  Discernment- Ability to recognize similar types of details from dissimilar types  Draw Conclusions- Ability to figure out a correct assumption from given information  Unusual Logic- Ability to see outside the box or see a problem from other viewpoints to make problem solving easier  Mechanical Aptitude- Natural and learned ability to figure out how things work
