I checked online and found out that it is hereditary and worse, it has no cure. I’ve tried all sorts of remedies from pain relief pills, going for a massage whenever I can and bed rest. The pills worked for me until the effect wears off in a couple of hours and I don’t want to be reliant on it and keep on taking it once I feel pain. The massage feels awesome but it can be a little pricey. Bed rest seems logical but lying down the whole day makes me focus on the pain so I end up feeling worse.
For fast and effective Scoliosis Pain Relief, click the link provided.
So I checked online (the best source of information) and typed “heat pads for back pain” on Google. There are so many heat therapy products in the market, it’s confusing! I finally settled on a microwaveable heat pad since it seemed convenient and something I can use at home. The thing actually worked but after using it several times, I noticed that molds were starting to form. It probably got wet so I threw it away.
I then tried one of those moist pads usually used by physical therapists. It was very relaxing although I really had to stay in bed all throughout my treatment, otherwise, it would slip off. Plus, since I can’t control the heat, I was extra careful not to burn myself because the heat was pretty intense.
My mom then bought me a FIRheat therapy wrap for my birthday. She told me to try it and assured me that it works perfectly because she got one for herself too (as I mentioned earlier, mom has scoliosis like me). It wasn’t like the other heat pads for back pain that I used. This one is convenient because all I have to do is plug it and it stays in place because of the Velcro lock. I had control over the temperature that I want because it has 4 settings – max, high, med and low. The heat it emits is really relaxing and it feels as if it goes all the way down to my muscles. Scoliosis may not have a cure but my FIRheat therapy wrap makes me forget all about it because it effectively gets rid of the pain. Because of it, I can move normally and go about my day without worry.
Read more articles about Far Infrared Ray and its benefits.
If you have scoliosis or experiencing back pain due to other causes, try the FIRheat back wrap. It is way better than heat pads for back pain available in the market. I tried it and discovered that it works very well.
