Finding a healthy and gustatory-satisfying start of the day presents a problem for many of us. Plus, the time constraint most of us have in the morning makes skipping breakfast a seemingly viable option. It's NOT. Enter Super Simple Smoothies! In a matter of a couple of minutes you can have a delicious and healthful breakfast to slurp down right there, pour into a cup to accompany you on the morning commute, or even pour it over your healthy breakfast cereal instead of milk!

  3. 3. Super Simple Smoothies What You Need •Yogurt •Milk •Frozen berries (using strawberries here) •A banana •Maple syurp (the real deal, not maple flavored syrup!!) •An immersion mixer or regular blender
  4. 4. Super Simple Smoothies What You Need To Do I generally start by adding the yogurt, which creates a kind of cushion as a base which helps the blending process, especially if you use an immersion blender like I do. Put 3 heaping tablespoons of yogurt in the blender container.
