    It is a routine chore for all of us to wash our face first thing in the morning. Face washing helps in clearing away all the dust particles. We have come to the conclusion that soaps have more chemicals in comparison to face wash making it an eternal choice for everyone.

    It protects your skin from losing the much-needed oil and moisture to the atmosphere. It restricts the dust and micro-organisms from entering the skin. In addition, a skin toner cleanses the skin and removes dirt and makeup residues. It refines the skin pores and tightens them temporarily. The regular use of a skin toner tends to reduce oiliness over a period of time.

    One way to maintain an active lifestyle is to balance the benefits of a healthy diet while trying to exercise regularly and appropriately. If you consider an increase in energy, improvements in the way the body functions, a strengthening of your immune system and prevention of weight problem, you can see that a healthy diet really makes a lot of sense and will allow you to maximize your life.

    It's been called the forgotten secret of health. Most people live in a state of chronic dehydration and may not even realize it.
    75% of your body is water and 90% of your brain. I'm sure you've heard that before, but doesn't that tell you something? Keep a glass of water handy, there's nothing that can replace it.

    Concentrate on your skin care. The best way to go without makeup is if you've been taking great care of your skin, so you can show it off. If you're feeling confident about your skin you're going to feel good about going without makeup as well. So exercise, drink plenty of water and eat lots of fruit and vegetable.

    Sleeping at least 7-8 hours a day and take a nap once during the day and waking up well rested is a must for everyone. Sleep is very important for a healthy and glowing skin. Beauty sleep should not be overlooked and can be one of the main factors in keeping a youthful appearance. If you lack sleep, you may noticed that your skin looks dull and not pretty to look at.

    Vitamins are essential for maintaining beautiful flawless skin. That is why one should make sure to drink his/her vitamins everyday. Multivitamins, Vitamin C, Calcium tabs, antioxidants (glutathione) and Vitamin E as well may boost your immune system and removes toxins in the body thereby maintaining healthy, beautiful younger looking skin.
