    • LISTENING AND SPEAKING V JOHANA BASANTE
    • Introduction: The sun is the most important start in our solar system, because it gives to the Earth life specially to the plants.
    • PHOTOSYNTESIS The rays of the sun are important to the plants because of the photosynthesis. It helps to the plants grow up and it gives to the human been oxygen.
    • WHAT IS THE SUN? The sun is formed from hydrogen and helium. The sun gives to the Earth heat and light.
    • WHAT MAKES THE SUN BURN IS… When the hydrogen and helium are mixed make a fusion, and it releases nuclear energy creating heat in the sun. In the core is concentrated all the energy due to that fusion is developing continually.
    • AGE: According with some studies, the sun is 0.6 billion years and probably will burn for another 5 billion years. SIZE: The size of the sun is 0. 86 million miles in diameter and its weigth is 2.000 trillion trillion tonnes. TEMPERATURE: :The core of the sun is hotter than the surface SURFACE: 5.500 ◦C CORE: 15 million ◦C DISTANCE: The distance between the Earth and the sun is 150.000 million Km.
    • Do you know why the sky is blue? When the rays of the sun go through the gaseous molecules in the atmosphere release different colors. The frequency in some colors are bigger in that case blue color has more frequency . For that the light disperse in the atmosphere turning the sky blue.
