Companies are trying to greener their supply chainto reduce the cost of production to win the competitive advantage. They are also trying to maketheir production process eco-friendly.This research is the study of all the different practices that are undergoing for GSCM in Indiancompanies. This research starts with the importance of GSCM to the company in different levelsand studies various factors that are important to influence the company for adoption of the GSCMand tangible and intangible benefits of GSCM practice using case study approach of a cement 1
