Collaborative working enabled through web services such as the CMS and the Collaboration Pattern Assistant requires sophisticated event driven software technology to allow the composition of complex events and their recognition and response.     • Conclusions: Enterprise Business Model C2K has joined in with research activity in the Future Internet Enterprise Systems community, to focus research to resolve a real problem in delivering a new and promising business model. C2K has thus contributed to new ways of using the future internet to support collaborative networked enterprises, and impacted on the development of new and emerging technologies to support this. C2K has also identified further new business opportunities beyond those initially envisaged.
