  • Promoting Reuse of Public Sector Information Re-use of Public Sector Information Directive: the way public sector bodies should enhance re-use of their information resources (2003/98/EC, 17/11/2003). Member States to implement the Directive into national law by 1/7/2005 In 2008, all 27 Member States notified complete transposition of the PSI Directive.
