    • Amazon has SO much to offer... so for anonymous visitors, they focus on what sells. (based on aggregate data)
    • They promote best sellers, seasonal offers, and category leaders, but the promotions are not always relevant to me.
    • One Call-to-Action for Amazon Prime taking up the ENTIRE content area....

    • Irrelevant content to me Irrelevant offer to me I am already a Prime Subscriber! (and I don't watch much Dora the Explorer as it is)
    • How Amazon is missing out... • Showcases products I have already purchased / am not interested in. • Very little real-time personalization for anonymous visitors. • Nothing nudging me towards making a purchase.
