  • 3. RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES •The 12 of december they celebrate Virgen del Guadalupe. • The 25 of december they celebrate christmas.
  • 4. FOOD They eat a lot of things like turkey, tamales, chu rros with chocolate, cake, chri stmas salad, rice and other things.
  • 5. PRESENTS The 25 of december they celebrate Santa Claus and they do the secret friend.
  • 6. TRADITIONS • Before of 25 of december they celebrate posada, it’s a small celebration, this day they celebrate when Mary and Joseph were searching lodging. • The 25 of december they have a piñata.
  • 7. OTHER They do a lot of decorations, and they makecompetitions about the decorations, they do the manger too but they called “nacimientos”, and they throw fireworks called cuetes.
  • 8. COMPARATIONS • We don’t celebrate la Virgen del Guadalupe. • They eat a lot of things that in Spain we don’t have. • They celebrate the posada. • We don’t do the piñata.
  • 9. COMPARATIONS • They do the secret friend, and in Spain we do it sometimes. • They don’t celebrate wise man. • We don’t do competitions of decorations. • They throw fireworks, but we throw it in summer not for christmas.
