    Construction System
    PATENT PENDING APPLICATION

  • 2. Benefits of the Concrete Rib Construction System
    Patent Pending 12/583,952
    Reduced Construction Time and Cost
R – 56 Insulation Fire Proof Termite Proof Wind and Water Resistant
Easy to fabricate and quickly assembled forms are used to reduce the amount of skilled labor required and to insure quality control. Structures can be built in weeks instead of months.
T- Beams make the foundation, walls , and roof fully integrated to become a true Monolithic structure.
To improve the structural resistance to penetration of flying debris during hurricanes or tornados, CRCS uses perimeter placed rectangular beams, making the structure resilient to flying trees and objects larger than a 2x4 stud. CRCS places the ribs in walls and roofs at 24 inches on center, leaving only a 20 inch span of slab. The slab is highly reinforced with welded wire mesh.
