    • Public capital expenditure gets € 6,581 million (€ 5,494 million excluding investments with special financing systems), almost 3% of catalan GDP
    • Employment promotion: strenghtening professional qualification and training (€ 100 million to unemployed people training credits)
    • Improve financing conditions for the economy (€ 300 million for credits to finance SMEs, € 400 million to support different sectors, € 1,500 million to guarantees for assets-backed securities fund)
    • Social expenditure absorbs 51.6% of Generalitat’s Public Sector consolidated Budget
