1. Title-BENDER GESTALT
The bender gestalt test was administered on the client. The client was co
operative during the test. The client was slow on her drawing. The usage of eraser
was minimal. The client obtained a raw score of one which corresponds to the
visual motor age of between 10 to 10.11 which matches with the clients real age
i.e. 10yrs and four month, score of the client could recall 7 figures out of 9 which
indicate above average immediate memory.
Client has drawn figure 3 and five extremely small as compare to the original
drawing which indicates anxiety, withdrawl, constriction and timidity in children,
Which corroborates with other tests.
Conclusion-the bender gestalt test was administered on the client. The client

TITLE: HOUSE TREE PERSON (HTP)
HTP was administered on the client. During the test client was very co-operative.
Client drew all the three drawing with interest. There was no sign of anxiety or
nervousness. Client was drawing all the drawing very slowly and nicely without
any hurry to complete. The pencil pressure was normal.
For the tree drawing client made use of eraser very much the client was not
satisfied with the drawing she was asking whether she can draw it again. For
drawing person client use guideline for head, Client drew the person from top to
bottom, head drawn first.
HOUSE: Client has drawn relatively large house with three levels but without any
compartmentalization which indicates high self-confidence., which corroborates
with the history. House is drawn in the middle indicates that client is living in
present life. ROOF is not drawn typically seen in individuals who lack the capacity
to daydream. This is true when inquire client said that she never daydreams.
2. WINDOWS drawn by the client are cross hatching and are very high with a person
looking outside which indicates that desire to communicate with people; also she
likes people coming to her house, as reported in enquiry. DOOR of the house in
closed and also has shown a door knob which indicates client may like people
coming to her house but may be limited or closed family members. Client drew
cloud and raining on the house which indicates free floating anxiety, as the client
was feeling anxious because she gave wrong medicine to her sister.
TREE: like the House the tree is drawn in the middle again indicates that client is
living in present life. The branches of the tree indicate client is emotionally
satisfied. Client has drawn too many leaves which indicate need for nurturance.
When inquired client reported as they are orange fruits.
PERSON: Client has drawn a girl age of 10 to 11 year when inquired indicating
fixation to that age. The client has drawn ears indicating sensitive to criticism. The
short pencil strokes indicate impulsive behavior. There are no fingers drawn
which indicates suppressed aggressive tendencies, with the aggression expressed
indirect.
SUMMARY: The htp was conducted on the client. The client .the client is very
confidence of herself. She is preoccupied with the present life. There is a desire to
communicate with people there is a need for nurturance. The client may also be
sensitive to criticism. The client may also be impulsive in behavior. The client has
some passive aggressive tendencies, with aggression expressed indirectly.
Title-DRAW A PERSON
DAP was administered on the client. During the test client was very co-operative.
Client drew both the drawing with interest. There was no sign of anxiety or
nervousness. Client was drawing both the figures very slowly and nicely without
any hurry to complete. The pencil pressure was normal, but for some part of the
figure it was dark. The client drew both the figure in middle which indicates
preoccupied in present life.
3. Client first drew a girl and then boy both are of age 10 to 11 year when inquired,
indicating fixation to that age. The client has drawn ears indicating sensitive to
criticism. The short pencil strokes in both the figure indicate impulsive behaviour.
There are no fingers in both the figures which indicate suppressed aggressive
tendencies, with the aggression expressed indirect. The hat on the head of the
second figure indicates social approval. The shoes with hills indicate aggressive
and acting out tendencies.
SUMMARY: DAP was administered on the client. The test indicated that the client
is preoccupied with the present life and has fixation to her age. The client is very
sensitivity to criticism and has suppressed aggressive tendencies. The client also
may have impulsive and acting out behavior.
Title: Kinesthetic family drawing
KFD was administered on the client. During the test client was very co-operative.
Client drew her family with interest. There was no sign of anxiety or nervousness.
Client was drawing very slowly and nicely without any hurry to complete. The
pencil pressure was normal, but for some part of the figure it was dark especially
heads were darker than the rest of the body part. The client drew her sister than
father than mother, last she drew herself.
The client drew herself close to her mother indicating more attachment to her
than the other family member which corroborates with the case history as the
client mention in the history that she is close to her mother than her father. The
client has drawn her family member singing or playing music which corroborates
with the case history as the client reported that she has interest in music.
SUMMARY: KFD was administered on the client. The client drew her sister than
father than mother, last she drew herself. The test indicated that the client is
more close to her mother and has a interest in music
