+ = RED EYE
A close relative of the Americano, the red eye is espresso
mixed with brewed coffee. A red eye is a fortified coffee drink
in which espresso is combined with normal drip brew coffee.
+ = DOPPIO
An espresso doppio or just doppio is a double shot, extracted
using a double coffee filter in the portafilter. a double espresso
shot is typically around 60 ml (2 fl oz), while a double ristretto is
typically 25-30 ml (~1 fl oz).
+ = FLAT WHITE
A flat white is a coffee beverage developed in Australia and New
Zealand in the 1980s. It is prepared by pouring microfoam (steamed
milk with small, fine bubbles and a glossy or velvety consistency)
over a double shot of espresso (sometimes ristretto espresso).
+ = CORRETTO
The corretto is an Italian cocktail of espresso, grappa, and
sambuca or brandy. This one is an ultimate pregame for the
worldly ones. It is also known (outside of Italy) as an "espresso
corretto".
+ + + =ESPRESSO MARTINI
Espresso Martini is a great party drink as it uses chilled espresso that
gives it a caffeinated kick which you just can't duplicate with coffee
liqueurs alone. It is usually made of 1 1/2 ounces vodka, 3/4 ounce
Kahlua coffee liqueur, 1/4 ounce white creme de cacao and 1 ounce
cold espresso
+ = AFFOGATO
An affogato is a espresso-based beverage. It usually takes the form of
a scoop of vanilla gelato or ice cream topped with a shot of hot
espresso. Some variations also include a shot of Amaretto or other
liqueur. “Affogato al cafe” means “drowned in coffee”
The classic cocktail is made of hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and sugar
(some recipes specify that brown sugar should be used) topped with
thick cream. The original Irish coffee was invented and named by Joe
Sheridan, a head chef in Foynes, County Limerick.

+ = CUBANO
Café Cubano (Cuban coffee, Cuban espresso, cafecito, Cuban pull, Cuban
shot) is a type of espresso which originated in Cuba after espresso machines
were first imported there from Italy. Specifically, it refers to an espresso shot
which is sweetened with demerara sugar as it is being brewed.
+ =CON PANNA
Espresso con panna, which means "espresso with cream" in Italian, is a
single or double shot of espresso topped with whipped cream and it’s
just that—sweet whipped cream mingling with the bitterness of coffee
