  2. 2. Principle
  3. 3. Visio GPRS system
  4. 4. Intelligent Field Devices: – The Panel is not armed: individual devices are not armed – Each device is “state aware” <<<<Completely Supervised, Encrypted 2-Way Communication >>>> Primary and Back- up Battery Visio GPRS system • Self-powered • No AC connection • 4 year battery life ( 2 video alarms/month)
  5. 5. Visio GPRS system
  6. 6. Functioning Three different transmission ways: • PSTN • GPRS • PSTN with GPRS backup Different transmission formats: • Contact_ID • Contact_ID + Video • Frontel
  7. 7. Easy installation • No A/C Connection • No PSTN line connection • No specific tool needed: configuration through keypad • Pre-configuration of the main parameters
  8. 8. 1 territory, 4 Areas The perimetral partial activates the devices protecting an external access. Area 1 is temporised • Entry tempo : de 15s à 2mn • Exit tempo : de 45s à 2mn Area 2 yo 4 : immediate A special arming is a combination of these areas (armed/disarmed) 4 possibilities : • Or : Full arming • Or : Special arming Mode 1, • Or : Special arming Mode 2, • Or : Perimetral arming
  9. 9. The Keypad ( CMA200) • Two line 16 character LCD display • Automatic back lighting, display blackout after 30s of inactivity on the keypad to conserve battery power • Panic button for manual activation • Tamper detection on wall and cover • Blinking LED when armed • Registration of up to 20 codes PROGRAM : press CLR and ESC/NO DO NOT FIX THE KEYPAD AT THE BEGINNING OF THE INSTALATION
  10. 10. Internal and External Siren • ONLY USE ALKALINE BATTERIES • Interior Siren 110 dB (when registrated into the system it desactivates automatically the siren of the main control panel) • External siren with strobe 105 dB • Tamper detection on wall and cover
  11. 11. Indoor PCAM • INSTALLATION HEIGHT FROM 2m10 to 2m30 • Takes a 10s video clip when triggered • Bidirectional detector ( few batteries consumption) • Tamper detection on wall and cover • Radio range test PROGRAM button
  12. 12. Outdoor PCAM • INSTALLATION HEIGHT FROM 2m80 to 3m • Fully weatherproof • Takes a 10s video clip when triggered • Bidirectional detector ( few batteries consumption) • Tamper detection on wall and cover • Radio range test
  13. 13. The Keyfob • Bidirectionnel radio transmission: confirmation beeps for arming/disarming • Functions : arm/disarm/partial • Silent alarm : press 5 seconds on P2 • Loud alarm: press 5 seconds on P1 PROGRAM button : press Simultaneously ON and OFF during 5 seconds
  14. 14. Door contact Door contact CT201 • Align the markers; Max distance : 1 cm • Tamper detection on wall and cover • Can be used as an input into the system PROGRAM button
  15. 15. Before starting the basic programming of the system MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PREPARED: 1. Parameters of the monitoring station (telephone numbers, account number…) 2. Device names and locations 3. Area names and locations 4. Installer access code 5. GPRS parameters (if needed)
  16. 16. Programing the panel
  17. 17. Golden Rules ! 1. Area 1 is delayed 2. Keyboard registered in delayedthe area 3. Never position a panel next to an electric board 4. Place the panel at the center of the site (better radio range) 5. Press CLR to erase a typing mistake 6. Never register the same device twice (delete from the system first) 7. Registration of up to 25 devices (including the keypad) 8. Respect installation height of the devices ( 2m10 to 2m30 and 2m80 to 3m) 9. Do not fix the keypad at the beginning of the installation 10. Clean the lens of the camera after installation
