Bill Harrison, President, Epicom Corporation
Bill Harrison is the Founder and President of Epicom, an Austin, Texas-based SugarCRM Gold Business Partner focused on complex SugarCRM deployments. Bill founded Epicom in 1998 to help companies throughout the U.S. and overseas improve their businesses by deploying Customer Relationship Management and other technologies to solve difficult business problems.
Bill started his career in the telecommunications industry, working as a software engineer, marketing manager, and general manager. Prior to founding Epicom, Bill was a Regional General Manager for a large telecom equipment manufacturer.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas.
