Supply Chain Personas Personas are used to define characteristics and attributes of various types of users; they document key assumptions about the user, such as the level of computer literacy, business knowledge and skills, working hours, and expectations. Using personas has become a best practice for both user-centered-design and agile development communities. Fleet Manager pp Plans and controls all scheduling activities supporting assigned brands. ——Warehouse Team Leader pp Maximizes ——Vendor stock availability and delivers the highest service level directly to the customer. Managed Inventory (VMI) Analyst pp Performs ——Sourcing on-line replenishment function utilizing customer systems.
