  4. 4. Ilene Gardner of UVI-CELLtalked of the importance ofpublic education in gettingresidents to understand theimportance of conservation andalternative energy.
  5. 5. NREL Wind expert Ian Boring Gould spoke; St. Croix resident Steffen Larsenresponded as did Paul Chakroff of the St. Croix Environmental Association.
  6. 6. Cassandra Dunn of the Water Power Authority addedspice to the event with her presentation on VIenergizing.She also presented a video made in conjunction with theEnergy Office highlighting the successful programs of thelast year.
