NREL Wind expert Ian Boring Gould spoke; St. Croix resident Steffen Larsenresponded as did Paul Chakroff of the St. Croix Environmental Association.
Cassandra Dunn of the Water Power Authority addedspice to the event with her presentation on VIenergizing.She also presented a video made in conjunction with theEnergy Office highlighting the successful programs of thelast year.
For most of the event all chairs were taken, 75 people registered.
The Virgin IslandsEnergy Office didthe local organizingof the event. To thefar right is EnergyOffice Director KarlKnight and in theforeground isEnergy OfficeGrants ProgramCoordinator MiguelQuinones.
Energy discussions were goingon inside the room as well asoutside it.
After the EDIN event, Quality Electric Supply hosted a press conferencefeaturing energy conservation work done at the Bjerget House using aprogram funded by the VI Energy Office.
