My Healthcare Innovation World Cup 2013 Finals Presentation: EndoGoal. EndoGoal is a rewards program (mobile and web-based) for people with insulin-dependent diabetes. It features a unique social business model where friends and family are able to sponsor their loved ones with diabetes and to help them to better engage with daily diabetes care. I am seeking funding to complete the rewards web platform build so as to begin to generate EndoGoal revenue and to build retail partnerships. Download EndoGoal on android or iOS app store today...and watch for the rewards program feature to be added in the coming months. :)

  • We help motivate and support, a program that starts with diabetes and can be attributed to other chronic diseases or wellness conditions, you name it and we ’ll make it!
  • Diabetes is hard because the treatments that are expected are demanding and hard to stick to: multiple daily injections or continuous insulin pump infusions and a minimum of 4 blood sugar checks per day. But none of this works unless people take it.
  • I am Dr. Jennifer Dyer, an endocrinologist…and an entrepreneur. An endocrinologist takes care of people with diabetes. This is me with PJ who I diagnosed with diabetes at 15 months old while I was at Children ’s Hospital. He is a now thriving 6 year old in the first grade who is extremely healthy. But…he and his family have to work very hard to achieve this.
