A review of one of my sessions

As promised, feedback following my competition win, "Personal Training session with Emma Lloyd".Firstly thank you. It was great fun.We managed to pick a beautiful spring day and Emma came to my house. She brought various bits ofequipment including the familiar swiss ball, box step, waitrose blanket(!) and more unfamiliar strapcontraption which she hung from a branch of a walnut tree.Being someone who hates the inside of a gym but loves the adrenalin rush from hard exercise, wefound a great alternative to a stuffy indoor gym in my garden. Emma walked around and suggestedmany exercises I could do with what was already there. A field to run around, a childrens climbingframe to do assisted pull ups and hanging my feet from a strap tied to the tree to do various bicep,triceps, hamstring, abs and core exercises (OK, thats almost everything!). ...Emma is great fun and chatty and the 1½ hr session just flew past.I completed a full body work out and Emma gave me ideas to improve old injuries and how to avoidmaking injuries worse. I felt energised and slightly sun tanned by the end of it. The following day Ihad that nice ache that tells you have really done some good and discovered muscles I had longforgotten about.This has been the first time that I have experienced personal training and would recommend it toanyone. I have probably undone most of the good work by now but can see regular training andnutrition / dietary advice would give speedy results.
