Above the waterline is the obvious challenge of supporting the various operating systems, browsers, SMS, etc. Below the waterline is the unglamorous often overlooked stuff that’s usually the largest part of the project Transition: Kony solves the entire problem iOS (16.8%) Android (36.0%) Blackberry (12.9%) Windows Phone (3.6%) Symbian (27.4%) J2ME (4.1%) WebOS (0.2%)
  • When you look at mobile and multi-channel capabilities, there’s really a massive range of use cases, or ways you can enable functionality to your end users. These examples are really just a small sample of the types of actions you can get into your customers’ hands through either their mobile device, desktop web, kiosk, tablet, etc.
  • Similarly, there is a wide range of functions you can deliver to your workforce. These include functionality needed for traditionally mobile workers such as field service technicians, but also lots of capabilities for workers who bring in their own devices and want to be able to access expense reporting, for example. These examples are really just a small sample of the types of actions you can get into your employees’ hands through either their mobile device, desktop web, kiosk, tablet, etc
  • Our customers have calculated the savings of utilizing Kony technologies over “build it yourself” approaches, due to the infrastructure work Kony does, to enable HTML5, hybrid, and native deployments across multiple channels, countries, and languages. We have a workshop that customers can participate in to understand what the total cost of ownership and return on investment are for Kony vs. alternative technologies and DIY approaches.
