  9. 9. 9 Use cities top 10 entertainment (and some dated) in newsletters to increase your primary sales
  10. 10. 10 offer on-trip suggestions through apps and focus on the non-dated + last minute dated entertainment
  11. 11. 11 Use one message in an e-mail: COMBINED e-mails don’t work
  12. 12. 12 Make bookings easy! Let travellers make reservations prior to the trip and pay at their destination (with decent cancellation terms!)
  13. 13. 13 We are TIQETS and learning every day

  15. 15. 15 And no. We haven’t discovered the killer conversion yet.
  16. 16. 16 But the beta testings are promising: Hotelbookings from inspiring newsletters doubled! and the conversion rate is up to 2%.
