    •  Zinc is a natural mineral found in common foods Oysters are found to have the highest amount of zinc per serving. Zinc is mostly commonly digested by eating red meat and poultry. However, it is also found in some seafood, cereal and dairy products.
    •  Zinc is involved in numerous aspects of the metabolism. It helps with the human immune system, DNA synthesis, and cells. It plays a vital role in growth and developmental functions in pregnant woman, children Immune System and adolescents. It is required for proper sense of taste and smell.     •  A deficiency is Zinc may cause : ◦ growth retardation ◦ loss of appetite ◦ impairment of immune functions. In most severe cases, zinc deficiency can cause ◦ hair loss ◦ constant diarrhea ◦ weight loss ◦ delayed healing of wounds.
    •  Fluorine is mostly ingested by humans when they drink water. Some traces of it are also found in foods such as seafood, cheese and Chinese tea.
    •  Humans benefit from the intake of fluorine because it helps with oral health. Fluorine prevents tooth decay and cavities and strengths the enamel. Being that Fluorine is beneficial to oral health, it is not uncommon to find it in toothpaste.
    •  If there is a deficiency of fluorine during the growing period, it will result in dental caries and tooth decay. If it is taken in excess, it could affect the teeth and bones.
    •  Fluorine is found in the bones, teeth, blood, skin , hair and nails. It is essential to healing process. Zinc is found in the brain, genital organs, thyroid, liver and kidneys. It is also vital in the healing process. The elements Zinc and Fluorine interact in the human body to make a stronger and healthier individual.
