Meanwhile, our customer’s sales representatives can easily order pre-printed and print on demand materials for distribution to physicians. Once an order is placed, the rep’s default shipping method is saved to allow for bulk order processing. In addition, orders are aggregated over a period of time to help our customer save on freight charges. Finally, our customer’s marketing department can now connect to their CRM through the platform, along with other data exchanges that access internal and external data. Among the systems with which am4m integrates are WebMD® (where banner ads for physicians and patients are run) and PSKW® (for opt-in coupon and co-pay cards).
