encryption. The newest release of Encrypted Documents now gives companies the
power to automatically encrypt files and folders on their employees' laptops, computers,
network drives and even removable media devices if the files meet the requirements of

administration console that allows the Enterprise's administrator to easily set and

Encrypt by File Type -- For example, encrypt all Microsoft Office file types (.pptx,
docx, .xlsx). Particular files (like .mp3 or .wma) can be added to an 'exclude list' so they

Data Loss Prevention Control -- Enforce data loss prevention with policies:
-- Auto Encryption -- Unique policies can be configured based on file type or folder
location. -- Data Loss Protection -- Data cannot be copied to a USB device or can be
copied based on authorization e.g. password.
