In addition to its extensive reporting capabilities, a significant feature for complying with corporate audit
strategies are the Indefinite Archiving, Message Restore and Recovery features, which include:
Audit Reporting
Message Audit Report offers a simple method to find
any message sent by anyone to anyone. The Message
Audit Report is also used by administrators to recover
or restore messages.
Access Audit Report displays every log-in, registra-
tion, password change, etc. access audit information.
‘Restoring’ Secure Messages
The “Restore” functionality available in the Message
Audit Report allows an administrator to restore a pre-
viously deleted message back to the original sender
and recipients.
Downloading Secure Messages
The “Download Secure Message” functionality pro-
vides a method for recovering a message even if the
message is deleted by all parties.

With Echoworx Encrypted Message eXchange, businesses have the power to enforce secure messaging and
data exchange to their employees, customers and partners. EMX allows users to simply log in without having
to download any additional software. Secure web-based messaging and data exchange requires no training
and the reporting audit allows companies to easily monitor usage to ensure compliance.
Sending an Encrypted Message
The member logs into EMX with their email address
and the password that was created in the
activation flow. Once the member is logged in they
have access to their EMX inbox, which includes sent
and deleted items, and they can compose an
encrypted message.
Receiving an Encrypted Message
After the encrypted message is sent, a system-
generated email is sent to the recipient. The email
contains a link to open the encrypted message.
Opening an Encrypted Message
The recipient clicks on the message in their inbox
and the secure message is displayed.
