EarthSoft Announces Addition of EDGE Product
Advisory Forum for the EQuIS™ User Group
EarthSoft has added a second Product Advisory Forum to the EQuIS™ User Group,
focusing on the EQuIS™ Data Gathering Engine (EDGE). The EDGE Product Forum held
its first meeting at the end of January. This forum will continue on February 14, 2014 at
9am EST and will alternate with the already-established EQuIS 6 Product Advisory
EarthSoft established this organized venue to gather client feedback for ongoing and
future development priorities. Clients will be able to share their experiences with other
EDGE clients to solve common problems, discuss configurations, compare EDGE
implementation and field use, determine optimum solutions, and guide EarthSoft
services and product offerings involving EDGE.
Help Desk Systems Engineer Eric Anderson will lead the EDGE Product Forum sessions,
and EarthSoft staff will be invited as necessary to address specific product and service
areas. EDGE Product Manger Alek Hage has been a guest speaker and attendees are
invited to present how they are currently using EDGE and their ideas on improvements.
Current Non-Disclosure and EDGE Software Maintenance Agreements will be necessary
to attend the EDGE Product Forum meetings. The User Group will be available to all
EarthSoft clients with current Maintenance. To attend, contact email@example.com
and EarthSoft will pre-register attendees with SE staff and EarthSoft’s Help Desk.
