Working in Estonia • Temporary or Permanent contracts • 4 months probationary employment • Full time, 40 hours per week • 28 days vacation per year • The minimum gross wage - 278,02 EUR per month - average wage: 822,5 EUR (IIq) • salary paid once a month • employer deducts income tax (21%) and unemployment contribution (4,2%) from the gross wage Employment Contracts Act www.ti.ee
