  6. 6. Non address mailing: First channel in terms of revenues. We had the biggest postman network in Spain and we still having it. Optimization processes needed. A lot of GIS functionality was needed for non non-GIS users:• Delivery map generation.• Campaign generation and decision making tools.• Map reporting tools.• Geomarketing needs (Catchment area generation, thematic maps, …)There was a high mapping demand to the new GISdepartment. No time to think, no time to create.We needed to urgently create a Web based tool, with acentralized alpha and GEO database, escalable to addfunctionality on demand…We had different user profiles: Sales force,Backoffice, production departments … D.Y.S.
